NKE - the Key to Certification

The National Knowledge Exam® (NKE) assesses your understanding of HR knowledge and skills. After you have passed the exam, you are considered a candidate for certification.

NEW – Graduates of Accredited Post-Secondary programs will be one step closer to receiving their CPHR™ designation and may be eligible to waive writing the NKE.
